Having trouble registering?

If you have tried to register for MyAccount and have not been able to do so, some checks you can do are:

  • Email Address - this needs to be unique, so if your partner or other household member has already used it to register for MyAccount, you will need to use a different one
  • Password - this needs to have at least 10 characters, including one captial letter, one number and one special character (for example ! or ? or @)
  • Payment reference number - this will be shown on previous rent statements
  • Date of Birth - must be for the tenancy holder and must be in DDMMYYYY format
